Integrative Health Coaching

Health Coaches use an integrative and holistic approach to whole person health, looking  beyond just food + diet to consider other areas of life that need nourishment, like home, finance, career, physical activity, mental + emotional wellbeing and relationships. Health Coaches inspire + empower clients to take charge of + better their health by providing a safe space to take the time to explore all aspects of their well-being,  applying the "primary food method" and other areas of support for a deeper understanding of health. We can step in where your doctors leave off, spending more time + supporting you in your journey to find what makes you feel great or work with you, the individual, to achieve aspects of realization + goal planning techniques to feel well. 

We are not doctors OR nutritionists, nor are we counselors, per se! We are certified Health Coaches with extensive training in diet + nutrient dense foods, whole-person health + modalities to aid our clients on their journey's to better health.  A  Health Coach’s role is not to prescribe, diagnose, nor treat any specific condition — rather, we hold space for, empower + support clients to dive deep, implement changes sometimes recommended by their healthcare team, othertimes created by us together + provide encouragement, accountability, + motivation to create healthier habits.  We can spend more one on one time with you than your medical professionals + really be your ally in this endeavor giving you time + space for self discovery + actualization.  That's a powerful dynamic!

We take client confidentiality very seriously and adhere to all applicable laws and ethical guidelines. We will never share client information without their explicit consent and use HIPPA compliant systems to ensure privacy is never breached.
