When you experience hormonal imbalance + Peri-menopause/Menopause, it's a full body experience. This is not everything, but did you know that new panic attacks, anxiety, dizziness, itchy ears, dry skin + vision changes are just some of the symptoms? Here's some more:

This is not an exhaustive list by any means, but a few common complaints.
When cortisol is high, it activates a myriad of physical + mental symptoms that can wreak havoc on our full well-being. We live in a world where it's not hard to feel stressed much of the time + we as women, carry mental loads that no one else seems to understand. With life, career, finances, managing family, possibly caring for elderly parents in our middle age, news at our fingertips constantly + body/hormonal shifts - it can be too much. We get shoved to the back burner + sometimes seemingly forgotten about. I will help you find ways that work for you + within your lifestyle to balance your hormones, reduce cortisol + inflammation, put yourself back on the list of things to take care of + manage stress through avenues such as dancing out frustration, somatic breathing exercises, recommendations of some light yogic stretching, dietary ideas + so much more.
What happens when your body + mind have finally had enough of the high stress + lack of being cared for? Your soul burns out. It burns out hard. You may develop depression, exhaustion both physically + mentally. You lose motivation + inability to see the future clearly. You feel stuck like you're on a neverending loop or a hamster wheel getting nowhere but more dissatisfied. When you won't take a break, give yourself down time, or draw boundaries, your body will demand + take that break. And it's not always pretty. Adrenal fatigue can be dark, ugly + long. It can take quite a while to recover from. As your health coach, the goal is to keep this from happening to you. But if it has already or you're feeling you're at the end of your rope, let's work together to set some boundaries in your world, see where you're stuck, work on nourishing you from the inside out in various ways. We can take baby steps - there's no rush. We will design a plan to get you back + make sure that your life going forward is designed by you! You're worth that much.
