Have you been feeling kind of off lately? Sleep is a joke, right? Your hair's falling out, acne breakouts like you're 15 again + your mood - ooof - hello depression. As we age - specifically reaching middle age (35+), we may notice a fun little shift in how we feel - new aches + pains/stress intolerance/mood issues/skin + hair changes/autoimmune disease/fatigue + physical changes that seem to have snuck up on us. One day we realized we just didn't feel good + it sort of stuck! Many times for women in their 30s, 40s, + 50s this is related to adrenal fatigue or as we usually say, "burn-out", shifting hormones + poor gut health. Each issue feeding the other. As a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, I work within the scope of whole-person health + wellness. I've been your guinea pig so that I can speak from experience. We will work together to discover the ways you can feel your best naturally, in a variety of areas such as nutrition to better balance hormones; exercise to stay flexible, active + pain-free; stress management to ease inflammation + cortisol; lifestyle modification plans + goals to provide much needed self care. It's time for you to take care of yourself + control how your life + aging goes forward.

We all have *STUFF*. We're all dealing with things from our past, present + future worries. Childhood trauma, unresolved familial + generational issues, losing loved-ones, health issues, raising kids/relationships...we're all carrying heavy loads. You'd be surprised how this manifests in your physical health. Your overall health is a culmination of a variety of factors. What you consume is more than what's on the plate; it's what you see, hear, eat + surround yourself with. It's what you've been conditioned to believe or taught in your life. It's learning to navigate from YOUR perspective vs everyone else's. Total wellness is physical, mental, spiritual + social. Let's clear that mind of yours + do some somatic breathing + grounding exercises to help you relax. If your shoulders are up to your earlobes or you're waking in the night short of breath with random bouts of anxiety, experiencing panic attacks that come out of nowhere suddenly, we will work to get to the root of what causes this for you, fine ways that work for ou to calm your mind, help you sleep + manage stress which helps in so many areas. Settling the mind will ultimately aid in balancing hormones, lowering cortisol, instilling peace, creating healthy mindset, longevity + whole well being!

We will explore what matters to YOU. We can work to get you unstuck in areas that aren't fulfilling such as life, career, relationships + more. I can't give you the answers, but I can guide you, help you explore areas of concern, offer suggestions + run along side of you as you discover what works to make you feel like yourself. My goal is to provide a safe + non-judgmental space for you to discuss areas you feel may be holding you back in your mid-life + enjoying your life to its fullest. I am happy to work with your current medical team to assist you with their prescribed treatment plans OR individually, as we get to the roots of tough areas either holding you back or keeping you from where you want to be. Let's work together to design doable goals, track habits + solutions to customize your life blue-print. I will be your accountability partner + work at your pace + comfort levels, meeting with you as often as we agree is necessary for you. No pushing - just gentle guidance. We will work closely to address what is working for you + what is not, with services that are tailored to meet your individual needs + preferences based on your bio-individuality - your soul!
